At SpactVerse, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following terms.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Food products

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by transit)

  • Items marked as sale or clearance


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SpactVerse is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Credited back to the original payment method

  • Issued as Store Credit (Shopify Credits) to your SpactVerse account

Refund method will be determined based on the original payment method and internal review process.

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (such as photos). We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
